A chartered accountant, she is a member of the Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili di Milano (Milan Chartered Accountants Association) and is entered on the Register of Auditors.

Holder of a degree in business and economics business and economics degree from the Catholic University of Milan, she attended some business finance specialization courses.

She is statutory and legal auditor at some industrial, holding and trust companies.

She has accumulated specific expertise in real estate taxation and in general in national and international tax advise and assistance  for italian companies, also with extraordinary operations (liquidation, demergers, mergers, transformations).

She is also specialized in evaluation of companies, management and administration of holding companies and in tax litigation.
