Holder of a business and economics degree from the Catholic University of Milan, he is a member of the Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti di Milano (Milan Chartered Accountants Association) and is entered on the Register of Auditors.
He is a statutory auditor and member of the board of directors at major Italian and international corporations.

He serves a broad range of Italian and international clients and covers all aspects of Italian and international tax law, was well as general legal, contractual and corporate consultancy, providing integrated legal and tax assistance in complex corporate transactions. He has also accumulated specific expertise in the taxation of financial operations in the areas of private equity and private banking.
He contributes to specialised publications on taxation and financial reporting.
